You download our partner client software which allows us control over your pc (only till you have the software active). This is a safe and secure way we can remotely come up with a solution and provide you with “on the fly” support.
You can also submit a ticket on the online client resources. Logins are provided to each client. Upon logging into our system by clicking "Client Portal" on the top right of the page, the client will be taken to their project page.
Even if your project has not yet been delivered you can view the progress on your project and submit tickets during & after the bug testing process.
